Borne of the family’s previous experience (almost
60 years in the world of footwear), this company from
Elche now has installations covering 2,500m2, where
a staff of more than 100 people work to offer their
customers a combination of three key facets: quality,
design, and service.
Currently, Tabou Calzados carries two product lines;
one, sports footwear (Gaspar Quiles) and the other one,
dress shoes (María Quiles). In both cases, they
offer two collections per year (Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter),
designed and conceived by the firm’s modelists.
Tabou’s innovative effort and its desire to distinguish
their products from those of other competitors has contributed
to the company’s allotting a significant amount
of resources to research and to the development of new
lines of design that adapt to whatever the fashion market
should demand at any given time.
That’s why the heads of the firm regularly attend
the industry’s main trade fairs and forums. Then,
based on their experience, they offer their customers
a catalogue with great personality. For the future,
Tabou Calzados is committed to maintaining the growth
rates reached in recent years (around 15%) and to strengthening
their exporting activity, that presently represents
25% of their turnover and is aimed at countries such
as France, Portugal, and Greece. |
